23/10: Cup-astrophic Wednesday. 34 trades placed and a proper spanking: 8pts loss (-8pt)

If this was a boxing match, then this was certainly a battering.

I got demolished in the markets today with an 8 pt loss after 35 trades. A mix of cup games which are never predictable plus other lower league fixtures.

Interestingly, from a mindset point of view, I felt zero emotion. Similar to the best day of trading so far last Saturday which finished off with a impressive 16 point profit. I didn't even blink.

This is exactly the sort of mindset I want to build if this experiment is to bear fruit long term.

6 months ago, I would have been chasing losses and giving up. Now, I am much more interested in the data, no of trades, reflection and analysis etc...

Remember, we assess after each round (200 trades per round). Round 2 has flown by and looks like it will complete before the weekend. Cup football between now and Friday so I will see how the rest of the week goes!
