8/11: End of Round 3! Loss of -6.1pts but a profit of 2.1 pts overall for the round!

So after 208 trades we have completed Round 3 of the experiment! Although we took a clobbering this Friday in the markets, the round overall finished with a respectable profit of 2.1 points

Really pleased with that!!!

What we learned in Round 3: Some BIG FINDINGS IN THE FIRST HALF:

So lets get down to some Round 3 analysis.

• Of the 208 trades, 154 were first half trades

• First half trades in round 3 suffered a walloping loss of -9.1 PTS!

• We had a fantastic profit of 11pts in the Second half markets

FIRST HALF VERSUS SECOND HALF FOR THE OVERALL EXPERIMENT

• Second half trades brought in 75% of our NET profit to date

Based on this, I am quite nervous about the variance in the first half markets and will go for round 4 as exclusively second half trades
