Early test day 1 - exciting! A few trades to share for 22/08/2024

Hi all

First entry to the diary - will keep these short and sweet if I am to keep this up!

Net Position: A tiny profit of 0.41 (effectively a scratch day) which is excellent ! I will take that any day in the world of trading!

Manual trades

• A great match odds winner at at Arborg match as I could see the away favourite absolutely hammering the Home team (it was 1-1). 5% liability on the trade but I was confident in laying the home team. Goal came in a few minutes later

Automated trading : The bot picked up 9 bets but that finished with circa -£7.60 (£1 level staking)

Current status on automated: number of bets is 45 and down about £5.76 with £1 level stakes. The review is due after 300 bets so a while to go with this one. Daily detailed results wont be feasible given the high volume of bets.

Mindset: I had a couple of missed opportunities on games I was keeping an eye on include the Chelsea v Seville match. Got distracted with family stuff and both games got goals before I could get on - both matches met my in-play criteria

Key lesson here is to trade only when you have full concentration and no distraction. Plenty of matches to trade - fight the FOMO!
